How It Works…

What is the Cash reward? -
quarterly payout via mailed check

  • $25 for the initial meeting (you get us in the door)
  • $100 or more if they sign on as a new customer (it’s up to us to close the deal)
  • Quarterly Escalation Incentive Bonus for more than 3 referrals provided by you – an additional $25 per initial meeting for each referred meeting during the calendar quarter.
  • The referred new clients automatically get something for free when they buy a contract – complete Network Health and Security Assessments, and Detailed Reports – valued at over $1000.
    This provides incentive to them, and also provides you with something you can tell them about that would encourage your referral to set up the appointment.

What are the Requirements?

  • The referred business must be within 25 miles from downtown Denver, Colorado, but can include Boulder.
  • The referred business is not an active customer of North Star Inc. (could be a past customer, though)
  • The referred business is a minimum of a 5-person (server/workstation) company.
  • No referral reward is given out if the person referred does not want a meeting or has no current interest in IT support services or in a VoIP phone solution.
  • In other words, the lead needs to have a genuine current interest in meeting with and talking to North Star about their IT support.

What does North Star need when the referral comes in?

  • If the initial contact is from the referred person, they tell North Star the name and email or phone number of the person who referred them (you).
  • If the initial contact is coming from the person referring (you), you need to tell North Star the name and email or phone number of the person who is expecting our call that you are referring to us.
